PROGRAM PENGUKUHAN BERPASUKAN PUSAT KESIHATAN UMT 2024
Pada 4-6 Julai 2024, seramai 35 orang staf Pusat Kesihatan UMT yang diketuai oleh Dr Arnie Binti A. Rahim, Pengarah Pusat Kesihatan UMT telah bermukim di Hotel Thistle Port Dickson bagi tujuan memperkasa budaya kerja berpasukan dalam merealisasi aspirasi jabatan.
Antara objektif utama pelaksanaan kursus ini adalah untuk memperkukuh budaya kerja berpasukan. Dalam dunia pekerjaan yang dinamik dan serba pantas dewasa ini, budaya kerja berpasukan yang sihat dalam sesebuah organisasi adalah penting untuk mewujudkan persekitaran kerja yang harmoni, produktif dan kondusif. Kerja berpasukan juga menjadi aspek utama dalam membantu memastikan kejayaan dan kemajuan sesebuah organisasi di mana matlamat pasti akan dicapai bersama. Pepatah mengatakan ‘kalau nak lari laju, lari seorang diri dan kalau nak lari jauh, kerja dalam satu pasukan.
Oleh itu, Program Pengukuhan Berpasukan mampu menjadi jambatan bagi mempertingkatkan persefahaman, memahami peranan serta nilai kepimpinan dan kepentingan komunikasi berkesan. Malah program seperti ini menjadi platform untuk peserta berinteraksi dalam suasana yang lebih santai, tidak formal dan menjadikan komunikasi itu lebih terbuka. Ini memberi peluang dan melatih para peserta melontarkan idea dan buah fikiran mereka sekaligus menyumbang kepada ketelusan dalam organisasi.
Sepanjang 3 hari 2 malam, pelbagai modul telah dilaksanakan oleh barisan fasilitator yang berfokuskan team building. Pelbagai aktiviti dilaksanakan untuk membantu para peserta mengaplikasikan kemahiran dalam kaedah pemikiran strategik dan penyelesaian masalah secara kreatif untuk mengatasi isu-isu serta konflik dalam pasukan dengan berkesan. Malah pendekatan program melalui “Games Based Learning” dilihat mampu mengoptimumkan keupayaan diri dimana peserta lebih proaktif, penglibatan peserta secara menyuluruh tanpa ada jurang generasi serta wujudnya budaya perlumbaan dan persaingan yang sihat tanpa membunuh nilai jati diri dalam setiap individu.
Slot terakhir pada hari ketiga kursus menjadi acara kemuncak kepada Program Pengukuhan Berpasukan PKU apabila para peserta dapat mencedok ilmu komunikasi bersama Tuan Rizal Rashid yang merupakan jurulatih komunikasi yang bertauliah dan seorang International Speaker. Banyak input yang dikongsikan oleh beliau, antaranya “Its not what we say, but how we say it more important.” Yang mana ini jelas menunjukkan cara kita berkomunikasi memainkan peranan penting agar tidak berlaku salah faham, perselisihan faham dan sebagainya. Beliau juga sempat berkongsi format ucapan bagi memudahkan para peserta berucap dan membina potensi diri ketika berdepan dengan khalayak ramai.
Dengan penyusunan aktiviti program yang seimbang dilihat mampu memberi impak kepada para peserta dan sekaligus matlamat dan objektf program tercapai. Nyatanya platform seperti ini masih relevan dan komprehensif untuk meningkatkan momentum setiap peserta dan memperkukuhkan kecemerlangan dalam perkhidmatan.
