ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCIAL UNIT

The Administration and financial unit consist of 3 staff , the function of this unit is to

  1. Manage the administration of University health center.
  2. Manage theĀ  hospital guarantee letter (GL) and dean information letter.
  3. Manage human resources needs
  4. Manage staffing holiday application
  5. Manage the office stationary store
  6. Manage cases that refered to the specialist.

For aknowledgement, the function of financial unit is

  1. Manage financial and expenses of the University Health Center
  2. Manage the Retail expenses
  3. Manage hospital billsĀ  for the student and other expenses.
  4. Manage the registration asset belong to University Health Center.
